Asphalt
Paving & Repairs--When it needs to be done, be sure it's done right.

Repairs
 |
Highline evaluates the
cause then uses the proper methods of repair for whatever caused
your pavement failure. |
 |
Repair techniques must be
appropriate for what caused the failure or the "patched" area will continue
to fail, damaging surrounding pavement more each time. |
 |
That's why having
Highline "do it right the first time" is so important. |
 |
Many people don't know
asphalt, while a product from crude oil, is not tied to the price of crude
oil or gasoline. So when the gas price goes down for you car asphalt stays
the same. |
 |
NOTICE: Asphalt costs
have skyrocketed in the last year, and while the increases are expected to
be slower they are predicted to rise substantially each year for approx. 5
more years. Asphalt cement (what holds all the gravel & sand
together to make "asphalt") has always been made from the leftovers
of crude oil after the jet fuel, gasoline, etc. was removed. With the
requirement for the new low-sulfur diesel fuel for trucks the refineries in
searching for ways to make that fuel, found a process where there are
virtually no "leftovers" and they should eliminate them entirely in the next
few years. The end result will be asphalt, that used to be the "cheap"
leftovers will cost the same as diesel fuel and prices will be much higher.
If you need repairs or paving, even in this slow
economy, it is a much better value now compared to waiting. |
 |
Especially as our new
administration is changing energy policies which may affect oil prices then
can also cause an even greater increase in asphalt at the same time the
"stimulus" projects of road building will create an increased demand. |
 |
So if you have pavement
failures, there will never be a better time than now to call on Highline
to get the repairs done properly so they will last for years. |

New Paving
 | Even more than proper repairs saving you money today; paving done right,
the Highline way, will pay for the initial investment many times over. |
 | Like the job above for a new Lowes, we can handle your paving needs
large or small in a way that will withstand the Washington climate and
traffic loads. |

 | Paving prices will only continue to increase as asphalt rises and costs
for labor, equipment and fuel go up as well; so having your paving project
"done right the first time" then properly maintained by Highline Services
will give you years of life for today's investment. |
